Dana scheduled us and was so pleasant and professional, Christian gave the estimate and was so thorough and not a pushy sales person. Zach and Robert came to do the job and they were excellent as well! Communication from all staff was on point and the work was done well. The before and after pictures were cool to see, kinda gross in some of our ducts. Overall fantastic experience, the excellent standard is hard to find these days! We appreciated the service and highly recommend them!

Our PTAC (a heater/AC unit usually found in hotel rooms) was overrun with black mold. The Kohmar guys came in and were pleasant, punctual and professional. We were able to begin using our heater immediately after they cleaned it. Great service!

I think Christian was assigned to our job. They performed the work while we were out of town. We've been dealing with an unknown odor on one side of the house and it's been driving us crazy trying to get to the source. Professional, high quality work!We moved into a new home and realized our air ducts probably haven't been cared for like they should have based on the state the home was in. Christian came over and gave us a free quote and thoroughly explained the process. They go beyond just cleaning out your air ducts. They sanitize them as well as clean the vents themselves. He even replaced some screws for better ones on some vents, and fiddled with our upstairs vents so they would have a stronger air flow.And if you have curious kids that want to follow around and know what's happening like mine did, Christian was so good with interacting with them and didn't seem bothered by them at all. I've already recommended this company to a few friends!

I used Kohmar because I heard good things about them. And boy they lived upto it. Also they are not your run of mill Vent cleaners. Certainly not the regular coupon book vendor. Their work justifies their pricing. You can tell by looking at the power vehicle they use that these guys are professionals and not just a cleaning company. Their techs, Emmanuel and Zach knew exactly what they had to do and jumped right to it. I was able to do my work on the side without any interference once I answered all their questions. They were great guys and it shows that this company hires from a great pool of workers or at least have a good training system. To top it all they have live, before and after pictures of their workMost certainly will use them again.
